The children and staff at Clonea-Power NS had a lovely day filled with festive fun. The children in infants started the day by making some food for Santa's reindeer. Next, the children decorated their very own gingerbread men. We then played some festive games like shoot the Grinch, pin Rudolph's nose and went on a carrot hunt. After break, we went on a "Santa Dash". Thank you to all parents and children for their sponsorship efforts. The children worked up a thirst and had some hot chocolate after their walk. We had a disco on the yard with some Christmas music and finished the day with Christmas films. Well done to the children for their excellent efforts during this term. They have adapted so well to the changes and have made us very proud. We hope you enjoyed Christmas Day in school!
