2nd, 3rd and 4th class were very busy on Wellbeing Day at Clonea Power N.S. We created a board with beautiful portraits and wrote three things that we like about ourselves. We listened to a story called What To Do With A Problem. We learned that some problems can be seen as opportunities which help us to grow and change. Fantastic work boys and girls!

Together we made our 'Class Motto for Wellbeing'.
When I am upset I can...
Talk to someone
Do an activity
Play outside
Get some fresh air
Say a prayer
Light a candle in the church
Stop overthinking
