mental health week 2022
Junior Infants, Senior Infants and 1st class enjoyed learning about their wellbeing during Mental Health Week 2022. We learned how important it is to be kind to others. We learned how important exercise and healthy food is for our bodies. We enjoyed stretching during our Yoga sessions. We also had daily buddy check-ins 'Walk and talk'. We chatted about how these things help us be happier boys and girls!!
